The distance from Patong Beach to Tri Trang Beach is only 2.5 km, but the beaches are separated from each other by a hill, so it is not possible to walk along the coast. From the south of Patong you can walk in 40-45 minutes, but keep in mind that your path will include a slight elevation change, so it will be difficult to walk in the heat.
